- ½ of a bunch of asparagus, cut into 1” pieces
- 2 tbsp of thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs
Instructions:
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add your avocado oil, asparagus, and onion. Saute the veggies for a few minutes before adding the minced garlic
- Saute the garlic for another minute, then add Chef Hak’s meatballs to the pan.
- Saute the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side, stirring the veggies to prevent them from burning.
