PREP TIME

Instructions

  • ½ of a bunch of asparagus, cut into 1” pieces 
  • 2 tbsp of thinly sliced red onion 
  • 2 tsp avocado oil 
  • 2 tsp minced garlic 
  • Chef Hak’s chicken meatballs

Instructions: 

  • In a frying pan over medium heat, add your avocado oil, asparagus, and onion. Saute the veggies for a few minutes before adding the minced garlic  
  • Saute the garlic for another minute, then add Chef Hak’s meatballs to the pan. 
  • Saute the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side, stirring the veggies to prevent them from burning.
