Dina's Stuffed Peppers

  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup of White Rice
  • 1 Diced white onion
  • 1 Diced Cherry Tomato
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Start preparing your Rice, cook until al dente and set aside
  3. Clean all your peppers and cut off the tops of the peppers like a crown, then hollow it out and toss the seeds and keep the tops
  4. In a large bowl add your ground turkey, diced white onions, diced tomatoes and the juice of the tomatoes, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and add in your al dente rice, mix until combined
  5. Start stuffing your peppers until they are filled to the brim, add the top of the pepper
  6. Drizzle olive oil all over the peppers and cook for 45 minutes, remove, let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
