Dina's Lamb Kabob

  • Ground Lamb
  • Mint, chopped
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Pine Nuts, toasted
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 cupTahini
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat grill to high heat
  2. In a large bowl combine your lamb, mint, pine nuts, thyme, cumin, smoked paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and chili flakes
  3. Form into kabob shapes
  4. Sear the kabobs on the grill 30 seconds each side, then set aside to cool
  5. While the kabobs are cooling make your tahini, add your 1/2 cup tahini and half cup water, whisk together and add the juice of one lemon and salt and pepper, stir until combined
  6. Drizzle the tahini mix all over the kabobs and top with fresh parsley, enjoy!
