Ingredients
- Ground Lamb
- Mint, chopped
- Fresh Parsley
- Pine Nuts, toasted
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 cupTahini
- Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat
- In a large bowl combine your lamb, mint, pine nuts, thyme, cumin, smoked paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and chili flakes
- Form into kabob shapes
- Sear the kabobs on the grill 30 seconds each side, then set aside to cool
- While the kabobs are cooling make your tahini, add your 1/2 cup tahini and half cup water, whisk together and add the juice of one lemon and salt and pepper, stir until combined
- Drizzle the tahini mix all over the kabobs and top with fresh parsley, enjoy!
