Ingredients
- Chicken legs or thighs
- Baby Potatoes, halved
- Cherry Tomatoes
- White Onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp of Tomato Paste
- 1 tbsp of Salt
Instructions
- In a skillet drizzle some olive oil and brown the chicken legs, once browned remove.
- Deglaze the pan with Chicken Stock and add your smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt and tomato paste.
- Add in your baby potatoes, onions, tomatoes and your chicken legs back into the pan and place the lid over it.
- Cook on a simmer for 45 minutes, and plate, enjoy!
