Dina's Chicken Dinner

  • Chicken legs or thighs
  • Baby Potatoes, halved
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • White Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp of Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp of Salt


  1. In a skillet drizzle some olive oil and brown the chicken legs, once browned remove.
  2. Deglaze the pan with Chicken Stock and add your smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt and tomato paste.
  3. Add in your baby potatoes, onions, tomatoes and your chicken legs back into the pan and place the lid over it.
  4. Cook on a simmer for 45 minutes, and plate, enjoy!
