Crispy Veggie Wrap

1 tortilla
1⁄3 cup hummus
Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry (about 3-4 leaves)
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or another cheese of your choice)
2 cups Chef Hak's Mediterranean Vegetables (already cooked, following package instructions)
1 avocado, thinly sliced
Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, cilantro, or mint)
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice


1. Lay one tortilla flat on a work surface. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla. Layer with
romaine lettuce leaves, roasted vegetables, avocado slices, and chopped fresh herbs. Drizzle
with a little fresh lemon juice (optional).
2. Carefully fold the bottom of the tortilla up and over the filling. Then, fold in the sides tightly. Fold
the top flap down to enclose the filling securely.
3. Lightly brush the outside of the burrito with a thin layer of water. Place the burrito seam-side
down on the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
4. Using tongs, carefully flip the burrito and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown
and crispy on both sides.
5. Cut the burritos in half and serve with Chef Hak’s Buffalo Sauce.
