Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Chef Hak’s Plant Based Buffalo Sauce, plus more for topping
  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ½ cup water
  • Chives for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl combine flour and seasoning and then add water, whisking to combine.
  2. Add the cauliflower bites and coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
  3. Transfer to an airfryer and bake for 10 minutes at 400F. 
  4. Remove from the fryer basket and place into a bowl with Chef Hak’s Plant Based Buffalo Sauce, stirring to fully coat.
  5. Transfer back to the airfryer and bake for another 5 minutes at 400F, or until crispy.
  6. Serve with more buffalo sauce and veggie sticks.
