Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Chef Hak’s Plant Based Buffalo Sauce, plus more for topping
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ cup water
- Chives for topping
Instructions:
- In a large bowl combine flour and seasoning and then add water, whisking to combine.
- Add the cauliflower bites and coat thoroughly with the flour mixture.
- Transfer to an airfryer and bake for 10 minutes at 400F.
- Remove from the fryer basket and place into a bowl with Chef Hak’s Plant Based Buffalo Sauce, stirring to fully coat.
- Transfer back to the airfryer and bake for another 5 minutes at 400F, or until crispy.
- Serve with more buffalo sauce and veggie sticks.
