- Bone broth
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh Basil
- Parmesan Cheese
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pour a small amount of oil in a medium sized pan.
Dice you shallots and add to pan, cook until browned then add garlic, lemon zest, and 1 tsp of thyme. Let simmer for 1 minute
Stir in 3 ¼ cup bone broth, and ¼ cup cream and 1 tsp each of salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and then add 8 oz. orzo, cook for 10-12 min
Remove from heat and stir in peas and lemon juice. Cook until peas are softened, the plate
Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese!
