Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 2-3lb chuck roast 
  • 2 cups of chicken broth 
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 4 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp salt 



Instructions: 

  • Start by searing your chuck roast for a few minutes on each side. 
  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, whisking to combine. 
  • Transfer the chuck roast to your crockpot, cover with the broth mixture, and cook on high for 5-6 hours, until it falls apart easily. 
  • Serve alongside Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies and a salad of your choice!
