Ingredients:
- 2-3lb chuck roast
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Start by searing your chuck roast for a few minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, whisking to combine.
- Transfer the chuck roast to your crockpot, cover with the broth mixture, and cook on high for 5-6 hours, until it falls apart easily.
- Serve alongside Chek Hak’s Roasted Root Veggies and a salad of your choice!
