Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chickpeas
  • Arugula
  • Mini Gherkin Pickles
  • Plant-Based Mayo
  • Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Pepperoncinies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon dressing
  • Hawaiian Slider Buns

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas from the can and add to a large bowl, use a fork and mash until the desired texture 
  2. Add in your chopped pepperoncinies, mini gherkins, and fresh dill to the chickpeas
  3. Add our Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon dressing to the bowl and toss until combined
  4. Take a spoonful of the chickpea mixture and add to the sliders, place the bun on top and finish with a mini gherkin skewer on top!
