- 1 can of Chickpeas
- Mini Gherkin Pickles
- Plant-Based Mayo
- Fresh Dill, chopped
- Pepperoncinies, chopped
- 1 tbsp of Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon dressing
- Hawaiian Slider Buns
- Drain the chickpeas from the can and add to a large bowl, use a fork and mash until the desired texture
- Add in your chopped pepperoncinies, mini gherkins, and fresh dill to the chickpeas
- Add our Chef Hak's Olive Oil Lemon dressing to the bowl and toss until combined
- Take a spoonful of the chickpea mixture and add to the sliders, place the bun on top and finish with a mini gherkin skewer on top!
