Instructions


Ingredients for 1 bowl: 

  • ½ cup of cooked rice 
  • 1 persian cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp kalamata olives 
  • 2 Tbsp hummus 
  • 1 serving of Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken 

Instructions: 

  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 400. 
  2. Grab your Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken and evenly distribute it on the air fryer tray, cooking for five minutes. 
  3. While the chicken is cooking, chop your cucumbers and transfer to a bowl with the cooked rice. 
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl, and top with kalamata olives and hummus
