Ingredients for 1 bowl:
- ½ cup of cooked rice
- 1 persian cucumber, chopped
- 1 Tbsp kalamata olives
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 1 serving of Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your air fryer to 400.
- Grab your Chef Hak’s Mediterranean chicken and evenly distribute it on the air fryer tray, cooking for five minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop your cucumbers and transfer to a bowl with the cooked rice.
- Add the cooked chicken to the bowl, and top with kalamata olives and hummus
