Ingredients:

1 shallot, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

½ pouch Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts

1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the shallots to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Add Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts to the pan, cooking for 5 minutes, until warm.

Top with white cheddar cheese and transfer the skillet to the oven.

Bake for 7 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble.

Garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve!
