Cheesy Brussels Sprout Bake

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 

  • ½ pouch Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts 

  • 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced 


Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. 

  2. Add the shallots to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes, until softened. 

  3. Add Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts to the pan, cooking for 5 minutes, until warm. 

  4. Top with white cheddar cheese and transfer the skillet to the oven. 

  5. Bake for 7 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble. 

  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve!
