Cauliflower Nachos

Instructions

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets

  • Tomatoes (or pico de gallo)

  • Avocado

  • Red onion

  • Jalapeno

  • Cilantro

  • Shredded jack cheese

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Chipotle

  • 1 tsp Cayenne

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp Chef Hak's Chipotle Bourbon BBQ sauce

  • 1 tbsp Chef Hak's Buttermilk Ranch

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  • Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle all seasonings, toss to coat

  • Place in oven for 15 minutes

  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and top with diced red onions

  • Sprinkle 3 cups of shredded Pepper Jack Cheese over the cauliflower

  • Place back into the oven for 10 minutes. While this is happening combine your BBQ sauce and Ranch together in a small bowl

  • Pull out of oven and top with cilantro, pico de gallo and drizzle the sauce mixture, enjoy!
