Cauliflower florets

Tomatoes (or pico de gallo)

Avocado

Red onion

Jalapeno
-
Cilantro
-
Shredded jack cheese

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Cumin
-
1 tsp Chipotle
-
1 tsp Cayenne
-
1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tbsp Chef Hak's Chipotle Bourbon BBQ sauce

1 tbsp Chef Hak's Buttermilk Ranch
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Place the cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle all seasonings, toss to coat

Place in oven for 15 minutes

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and top with diced red onions
-
Sprinkle 3 cups of shredded Pepper Jack Cheese over the cauliflower

Place back into the oven for 10 minutes. While this is happening combine your BBQ sauce and Ranch together in a small bowl

Pull out of oven and top with cilantro, pico de gallo and drizzle the sauce mixture, enjoy!
