Ingredients
- Chef Hak's Buffalo Sauce
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 7 oz of sour cream or greek yogurt as an alternative
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions
- Corn tortillas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, shredded chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder until combined
- Add 2 cups of Chef Hak's Buffalo Sauce and mix again until combined
- Warm tortillas, either in the microwave or stove top
- Once warmed, take a spoonful of your chicken mixture in the middle of the tortilla and then roll up, add to baking dish
- Repeat this process until baking dish is full
- Add remaining 2 cups of shredded cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and pour 1/2 cup of Chef Hak's Buffalo Sauce on top and bake for 1 more minute
- Add a dollop of sour cream on top and sprinkle sliced green onions on top
