Brussels Sprout Breakfast Hash

Instructions

Ingredients: 

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil 

  • ½ pouch Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts 

  • 4 eggs 



Instructions: 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes, until softened. 

  2. Add Chef Hak’s roasted brussels sprouts to the pan, cooking for 5 minutes, until warm. 

  3. Create four wells in the brussels sprouts and add a little more oil to each. Add one egg to each. Cover the skillet with a lid, and allow the mixture to cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. 

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
