Ingredients
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped basil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp of Chef Hak's Balsamic dressing
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil
- 1 loaf French bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely diced tomatoes and place in bowl
- Add the basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper
- Stir and leave to marinade for about 15 min or up to 60 min before serving
- Toast bread and brush with olive oil once removed from toaster or oven
- Load tomato mixture onto each slice and serve
