Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Chef Hak’s Mighty Greens
- ⅔ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- Green onions and sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, chicken broth, honey, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, arrowroot starch, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set the mixture aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add steak and cook, flipping once, until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Stir in the sauce mixture until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate skillet, add the Chef Hak’s Mighty Greens, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve with cooked rice and garnish with green onions!
