- Shredded Carrots
- Arugula
- Spinach
- Lavash
- Chef Hak's Chipotle Bourbon BBQ sauce
- Chef Hak's Buttermilk Ranch
Instructions
- Make your BBQ Ranch, combine 1 Tbsp of Chef Hak's Chipotle Bourbon BBQ sauce with 1 Tbsp of Chef Hak's Buttermilk Ranch
- Take your Lavash and spread your BBQ Ranch sauce
- Assemble your pinwheel, grab your shredded chicken, shredded carrots, arugula, and spinach
- Using your hands and starting with the outer edge, tightly roll the lavash into a “pinwheel”
- Cut roll in to 1/2 inch slices and enjoy!
