BBQ Miso Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high
  2. In a small bowl combine your miso paste, honey, ginger, mustard, garlic powder, and extra virgin olive oil and mix very well until combined
  3. Add in your black sesame seeds and mix again
  4. Take a tbsp of your mixture and spread it evenly on the flesh side of the salmon
  5. Place the salmon skin side down on the grill for 2-3 minutes
  6. Flip the salmon and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes
  7. Remove from grill and top with green onions
