To make the salad you’ll need:
- 3 heads of romaine, chopped
- 1 carton of cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb of cooked and chopped chicken
- 1/3 cup eat Hak’s bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed
- 2 medium avocados, cubed
- 2 green onions, chopped
For the bbq ranch:
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Chef Hak’s BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp each of garlic powder, salt, and onion powder
Instructions:
- Start by chopping your romaine and adding it to a large bowl.
- Rinse the beans and chop the rest of the veggies, then add to the bowl with the romaine.
- Chop your chicken and toss with bbq sauce so that it’s well coated. Add to the large bowl.
- To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisking to combine.
