Ingredients
- 1 handful of Kale
- 1 can of Chickpeas
- Feta
- 1 Shallot chopped
- 1 Lemon
- Pita
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- In a small cast iron or oven safe skillet, drizzle olive oil all over the skillet and add the kale and shallots and stir. Let sit for three minutes
- Add the chickpeas to the skillet along with the salt and pepper, stir and let cook for 7 minutes
- While you're waiting, cut your feta into medium sized pieces
- Slice your lemon into wedges, and squeeze into the skillet, then add your feta
- Take your skillet and place into the oven for 10 minutes, or until the feta has become melty in texture
- Remove from oven and use pita slices to scoop the dip and enjoy!
