Ingredients
- 2 Zucchinis
- 2 Eggs
- Chef Hak's Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Cut zucchinis in half and then cut into sticks, about 1/2 inch thick
- In a medium sized bowl crack your eggs and scramble to create an egg wash
- In another medium sized bowl, pour your bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, stir until combined
- Dip your zucchini into the egg wash, then breadcrumb mix and place into air fryer, continue this process until all zucchinis are finished
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
- Pour Chef Hak's Buffalo Sauce into a small bowl and use as a dipping sauce for your zucchinis!
