- Marinara sauce
- Fresh Oregano
- Coarse Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spread marinara sauce all over the lavash
- Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella onto the lavash
- Top with fresh oregano, salt, and pepper
- Place into oven for 5 minutes at 425.
- Remove pizza from oven, and top with a handful of arugula
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top of finished pizza and a dash of coarse salt
