RUSTIC RATATOUILLE CANNELLINI BEAN SOUP WITH BASIL

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch of Hak’s Rustic Ratatouille
  • 3 ounces of water
  • ¼ cup cooked cannellini beans
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped basil

Directions:

Pour water and Rustic Ratatouille into a small pot. Add beans, cover and cook over low heat until hot, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with basil and enjoy!
