  • 1 pound of shrimp, any size (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 Hak’s Paks Cajun Jambalaya
  • 1 andouille sausage link
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ a package of linguini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)


Cook pasta according to instructions. Add the oil to a large sauté pan and brown the andouille sausage. Add the onion and peppers and caramelize on medium heat, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink. Pour in the Cajun Jambalaya Sauce. Simmer on high heat and add the pasta. Toss until all the ingredients get to know one another. Salt to taste. Serve in a family style bowl and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
