- 1 pound chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper cut into strips
- ¼ cup frozen peas
- 1 pouch of Hak’s Thai Green Curry
- ½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
- ½ teaspoon green onion
- ½ teaspoon basil
Sauté chicken pieces in oil on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes in a skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper and peas, cook for another 3 minutes. Add Hak’s green curry sauce and let everything cook together for 5 minutes over low heat.
You can pour over cooked rice. Top with cilantro, green onion and basil. Add chili pepper flakes for additional spice. Enjoy!
