About this recipe:

Chicken, peppers, peas and a Hak’s Pak…what could be easier? Your friends and family will think you slaved over this one…but we won’t tell 😉


  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 bell pepper cut into strips
  • ¼ cup frozen peas
  • 1 pouch of Hak’s Thai Green Curry
  • ½ teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon green onion
  • ½ teaspoon basil

Shop Products Used:


Sauté chicken pieces in oil on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes in a skillet on medium heat. Add bell pepper and peas, cook for another 3 minutes. Add Hak’s green curry sauce and let everything cook together for 5 minutes over low heat.

You can pour over cooked rice. Top with cilantro, green onion and basil. Add chili pepper flakes for additional spice. Enjoy!
