- 1 pound of your choice of fish
- 1 Hak’s Paks Thai Green Curry
- ¼ cup of tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- mint for garnish (optional)
In a small or medium stock pot, pour in the Thai Green Curry Sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer over low heat. Place the fish and tomatoes into the pot and cover. If the sauce does not completely cover the fish, turn it over after 4 minutes and cook on the other side for another 4 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with mint and basil…enjoy!
