- 1 pouch of Hak’s Korean BBQ
- 1 pound of steak chopped into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 roma tomatoes- quartered
Marinate the steak in a bowl or plastic bag with 1/2 of the Korean BBQ. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (you can marinate the night before as well). Skewer the steak and vegetables to your liking. Preheat your grill to high. Grill the skewers until fully cooked on each side. Brush the remaining Korean BBQ sauce over the skewers during grilling and when finished. Enjoy!
