- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 Hak’s Paks Chipotle Bourbon
- 1 15 oz can of pinto beans, washed and strained
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- Optional garnishes: chopped red onion, chives, cilantro, cheddar cheese, grilled corn
In a medium pot, turn the heat to medium-high and brown the ground beef with the cooking oil. Use a fork to break up the meat. Add the beans and 1 pouch of Chipotle Bourbon Sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with your favorite toppings. Salt to taste. Enjoy!
