- 1 pound of boneless beef short ribs
- 1 Hak’s Paks Korean BBQ
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 onion (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup water
- Garnish with chopped green onion
In a slow cooker, dutch oven or medium pot, add short ribs, sliced onion, Korean BBQ sauce and just enough water to cover the meat. Simmer for 3 hours with a lid, checking periodically if more water is needed (the liquid should always cover the meat). Remove the lid and cook for another 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion and salt to taste. Enjoy!
