- 1 pound of chopped chicken (white or dark meat)
- 1 Hak’s Paks Caribbean Jerk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro to garnish (optional)
Heat a medium sauce pan on high. Add the oil. Add the chicken and sauté on both sides until brown. Add the Caribbean Jerk Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Spoon the Caribbean Jerk chicken on the tortilla. Salt to taste, garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
