- 1 lb shrimp
- Hak’s Pak Caribbean Jerk pouch
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- chopped cilantro to garnish
- salt to taste
Simmer shrimp in Caribbean Jerk sauce over medium heat for 8 minutes, covered over medium to low heat. Serve shrimp over cooked quinoa and top with fresh, chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
