About this recipe:

You sear the chop, and then let a Hak’s Pak do all the heavy lifting. You only have to donate a minute of your time for this one!


  • 1 pouch of Hak’s Caribbean Jerk
  • 1 pork chop
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Shop Products Used:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On high heat sear the pork chop on 1 side with oil. Turn over and do the same. Pour in 1 pouch of Caribbean Jerk sauce over pork chop and place in oven to finish cooking through to your desired doneness. Salt to taste and enjoy!
